Cynthia Cohen and Maru Gonzalez started off as recruiters in 2006 and quickly moved into leadership roles. As experts in RPO, they built the foundation for Kenexa in Latin America which made the company become the top outsource provider in the region.

Over the years Cynthia and Maru have launched more than 30 RPO implementations in multiple industries and locations (Latam, North American and Europe) for Fortune 500 companies.

Being “Process Addicts” as they are, they founded Mynt Consultants with the objective of having an impact on organizations that want to transform their recruiting processes. Cynthia and Maru believe a healthy recruitment process outsourcing ecosystem encompasses many players including customers, service providers, consultants and supporting vendors. As part of their mission, they have become the first RPO Consultants within the RPO Association to help facilitate the connection and collaboration between these players.
