She translates her unique global experience to help her clients with their TA Strategy, employment branding, candidate experience, talent technologies, onboarding, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) decisions.
Erin is a frequent speaker and writer on talent and career topics and she hosts a podcast called “Big Fish in the Talent Pool” interviewing global recruiting leaders. Erin serves as a committee chair for the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP), and writes for The Muse.com. She has been quoted in Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, and HR Executive Magazine.
Erin has a degree in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She has two grown children and lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and Golden Retriever, Moab. Jenifer Kihm (aka Jak), PhD is a senior leader with extensive experience building competitive advantage through people and teams. She balances science, strategy and available resources to produce meaningful and sustainable results.
