RPO Quickscan
Each RPO project starts with a quick scan. This gives us clear insights into the current structure and results of your recruitment capacity. The quickscan consists of an extensive analysis of the effectiveness of your recruitment strategy, process design, actual performance, deployed resources and labor market communication.

Optimization
Based on this detailed analysis, we describe the current and desired situation, including gap analysis and business case.
