HOW DO WE APPROACH RPO PROJECTS?
Each RPO project starts with a quick scan. This gives us clear insights into the current structure and results of your recruitment capacity. The quickscan consists of an extensive analysis of the effectiveness of your recruitment strategy, process design, actual performance, deployed resources and labor market communication.
Based on this detailed analysis, we describe the current and desired situation, including gap analysis and business case. In addition to this, we draw up a comprehensive project plan so that clear agreements can be made about the frameworks, costs and outcomes. This enables us to make our contribution to your organization manageable, measurable and communicable.
Thanks to our practical experience, project methodology (Lean Six Sigma) and expertise, we can effectively implement and safeguard the identified areas for improvement. We involve the internal stakeholders in the implementation and, together with the responsible management, create support. With this we are able to take the right steps at the right time based on facts and proven methodologies.
In this phase we take responsibility for the execution process, resources and strategy. Once the ownership of the work process has been transferred to Talentsourcer, we take responsibility for the result and ensure transparent progress reporting.
We believe that Recruitment Process Outsourcing must always have a temporary and framed character. Once we have achieved the desired result and level of recruitment, the standardized process is made transferable so that you can continue independently. The internal process owner gets the desired and implemented scenario back in management and continues to work on continuous improvement. At the start of the RPO project we make agreements about when and how the transfer takes place. We determine who the process owner is with the client and ensure that it has the right commitment and can also guarantee it.
