I'm a professional with 14+ years of experience in RPO (Recruiting Process Outsourcing) and Global Recruitment.
My knowledge includes the full life cycle implementation of recruiting proceses, both at regional and global escale. I've participated and led over 50 recruiting implementations worldwide.
Throughout those years, I've gained solid experience in Project Management, Client Relationships, Process Map Development & Optimization, SOPs and WIs Creation as well as Continuos Process Improvements.
I've designed, translated and implemented multiple technologies in the recruiting world, including ATSs (Taleo, Avature, iCIMS, Jobvite, Smart Recruiters, BambooHR, Lever, Workday, etc) and HR Cloud Platforms for Mynt's clients.
I'm fully trilingual (Spanish, English and Portuguese).
