Cory Kruse manages and drives all corporate operations and talent acquisition strategies, as the President of Orion Talent

Partnering with other members of the executive team, Kruse is constantly striving to evolve and enrich recruiting strategies and product offerings, improve client and candidate relationship management, drive new customer acquisition, and enhance the overall architecture, management and delivery of talent acquisition services.

Kruse brings over 20 years experience to Orion Talent guiding top-tier companies and managing talent acquisition programs, leading both national and international RPO engagements for companies such as Superior Energy Services, Vignette Corporation, Gevity, KB Home, and Intuit. As an accomplished recruitment strategist and fulfillment expert, Kruse brings a unique blend of strategic, technical, and operational strengths which has driven notable growth in environments ranging from start-ups to enterprise solutions for Fortune 100 companies. Kruse was a key member of the management team at Agere, which went from initial funding to an acquisition by Lucent Technologies in just 18 months and ultimately spun off as Agere Systems, later merging with LSI.

Pam is an accomplished executive leader that has extensive experience building RPO businesses and solutions, as well as developing growth strategy. Pam is responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, sales and marketing, operations, financial management and compliance for Advanced RPO. Her success has largely been a result of building high performance teams and creating a values-driven culture resulting in exceptional employee engagement.

Pam is passionate about impacting every client’s talent acquisition results. The ultimate compliment is when clients tell her that Advanced RPO “gets it”.  She hears it often and Pam believes it’s a result of the experience and strength of the team along with the unique approach we take with each client engagement. Our agenda is not to disrupt, it is to collaborate, innovate and leverage best practices to create an efficient hiring program. Pam’s goal is provide business leaders peace of mind by creating confidence in their talent acquisition function.

Jason Krumwiede

Jason brings twenty years of leadership, business development, consulting and management experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Capital services. As a trusted advisor, his goal is to help clients realize efficiencies in recruiting and staffing by identifying ways to scale and standardize through innovative value-based solutions. Through collaboration and careful analysis of a client’s hiring processes, employees, cost structure and systems, he partners to challenge their current delivery structure and how best to leverage recruitment outsourcing and assessments to drive better outcomes.

Stan Maupin

Stan has more than 20 years experience in providing advisory services in capital formation, business development and financial and strategic planning to emerging and growth oriented companies. His specialty is creating shareholder value for business founders and investors.

He began working with emerging businesses by co-founding Office America, a big box retail chain that grew to more than $70 million in sales. He has worked with more than 150 growth-oriented businesses in projects ranging from start-up capital raises to securing growth capital to implementing exit strategies. His clients include TransPharm, Inc, a bio-tech firm that sold out to the company that cloned "Dolly"​ the sheep and Commonwealth BioTechnologies, Inc., the first Richmond based biotech firm to go public and a Charlottesville company that recently completed an 8-figure joint license agreement with Siemens.

In 2001, Stan was president of an early stage "accelerator"​ called Ideas2inc. i2i was founded byLeClair Ryan, the Martin Agency, and 3 other Richmond based businesses to identify and assist promising early stage companies in their efforts to grow.

Stan has been involved in political and community activities, having served as a founder and Chairman of a number of business organizations including the Richmond Venture Forum and the Greater Richmond Technology Council. He is also active in Virginia's political sector, having served as treasurer of several campaigns for the Governor of Virginia and the U.S. Senate. He received the Leadership Award of the Greater Richmond Technology Council in 1998 and was named one of the Top 25 Entrepreneurs of the Last 25 Years by the Richmond Venture Forum..

Stan also has an expertise in business development and corporate communication. He founded and published two Richmond based magazines ("Richmond Ventures"​ and "Technology Virginia." He is a member of the board of directors of the Friends Association for Children and Impact Makers, Inc.
