Artificial intelligence is no longer just a set of tools within talent acquisition—it is fundamentally reshaping recruiting workflows, redefining recruiter roles, and changing how value is measured and communicated across the business.

This highly interactive iCoCo Technology & Innovation Forum session is designed to move beyond passive learning. Rather than focusing on a single technology or vendor perspective, the session centers on four strategic discussion topics introduced by Zachary Chertok, followed by facilitated breakout discussions and collective insight-sharing across the group.

Participants should come prepared to engage, share perspectives, and learn from peers across the RPO and talent acquisition ecosystem.

    Session Format

    • Zachary Chertok will introduce four core discussion themes related to AI’s impact on talent acquisition

    • Attendees will break into small-group discussions after each topic

    • The full group will reconvene to share insights, patterns, and differing viewpoints

    • The session emphasizes active participation, peer learning, and practical application

    What We’ll Cover

Integrating AI into the TA Process Flow

How AI is changing recruiting workflows, recruiter–business interactions, and the tools used across the recruiting lifecycle. Discussion will explore how AI is being applied today, how buyers evaluate recruiting solutions and services, and whether AI has changed how TA aligns with the business narrative.

    The Evolving TA Practitioner

How recruiter and strategist roles are shifting in response to AI-enabled tools. Topics include changes in how recruiters are valued, strategies for redefining recruiting’s contribution, and the digital, consultative, and strategic skills required to lead in the new TA environment.

Value Modeling for the New TA

How organizations are rethinking recruiting outcomes, ROI, and value creation beyond the point of hire. Discussion will explore extended value models, consultative engagement approaches, and how recruiters and RPOs can position themselves for longer-term partnerships.

Recommendations for New Value-Delivery Opportunities with AI-Infused Recruiting

A forward-looking discussion focused on practical recommendations for skilling and value messaging in an AI-enabled TA environment, including.
