Now in its fifth year, the RPOA Annual Conference brings together the RPO community's most forward-thinking leaders for candid, high-value conversations about where the industry is headed and how to lead organizations into that future.
The 2026 theme, Reading the Signals, reflects a deliberate focus on anticipation over reaction. Economic shifts, evolving buyer expectations, workforce transformation, and rapid advances in AI are reshaping the talent acquisition landscape. This conference is built around the discipline of reading those signals early and translating them into strategic action.

Registration Fees
Registration fees range between $600 and $1,250 based on membership status and early action.
*Technology and other vendors that work with RPOs need to sponsor the event to attend.
Registration closes Sunday, October 11, 2026.
Accommodations
The RPOA has secured a special rate of $309 USD per night for a limited number of guest rooms on Sunday, October 18th and Monday, October 20th at LondonHouse Chicago. Reservations must be made before 5:00 P.M. CST, Wednesday, September 16th. Rate includes basic guest room Wi-Fi. Hotel reservation link will be emailed upon registration.
Cancellation Policy
Registration for RPOA Annual Conference is only confirmed when registration fees are paid in full online with a credit card payment. Once registration is confirmed, the following cancellation policy applies.
Registration transfer will be accepted with no fee until 7 days before the event.
All cancellations will be subject to a 25 percent processing fee up to 30 days before the event.
No refund will be given for cancellations after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time 30 days prior to the start of the event.
