Each committee brings together experienced RPO leaders, industry partners, and community members who contribute their expertise to guide key initiatives, drive collaboration, and ensure the RPOA continues to serve the evolving needs of the RPO industry.
 | Technology & Innovation Forum CommitteeThe Technology & Innovation Committee brings RPOA members and industry partners together through monthly forums focused on AI literacy, peer learning, and community connections. The committee is responsible for planning and hosting the monthly forum. The committee’s second mandate is to screen and approve industry partners through a rigorous review and voting process.  | Strategic Foresight CommitteeThe Strategic Foresight Committee scans and anticipates the trends driving the future of recruitment process outsourcing. It examines how forces such as artificial intelligence, buyer expectations, economic conditions, and geopolitical policies affect RPO businesses. The committee shares its insights through RPOA publications and programs. The Committee launched as the AI Impact & Innovation Taskforce in early 2026 and transformed into the Strategic Foresight Committee with a broader focus and longterm operation.  | Research CommitteeThe Research Committee guides RPOA’s research agenda. Members help set priorities, shape survey questions, interpret findings, and provide qualitative insight.
