Recruitment Process Outsourcing has evolved into a sophisticated business model that requires far more than recruiting expertise alone. Today's RPO leaders must understand financial management, pricing strategy, contract structure, operational scalability, client expectations, and long-term business growth.
Yet many professionals enter RPO through recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sales roles and have never received formal training on the business fundamentals that drive successful RPO organizations.
