Lotus is the Director of Human Resources at Northwest Community Healthcare, a Health Care Facility (single hospital) located in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Lotus’ team support about 4,000 employees, 1000 volunteers, and 1000 medical staff Physicians. She’s been with the organization for almost 10 years.

Lotus sits on the Board of the Association for Healthcare Human Resources Administration, and she’s a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Illinois Diversity Council. Lotus writes for Forbes Magazine as well for her personal blog.

Self-described as an “#HR, #Learning and #Leadership fanatic who loves life and lives it fully and a total geek when it comes to talking about the #FutureOfWork”.
